Verdant Villas is a gated residential development located on the Negombo–Minuwangoda Road, with access to Colombo, the international airport, and Negombo town. The project is set on a 26-acre site and planned as a low-density housing community. The development consists of approximately 85 residential plots, each around 40 perches. The masterplan allows individually designed houses within a controlled layout, ensuring consistency across the development. The scope included master planning, infrastructure design, and residential units. The houses are single-family villas, typically with living, dining, and kitchen spaces on the ground floor and bedrooms on upper levels. Each plot includes a private garden and outdoor space. Shared facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, internal roads, landscaped areas, and security. The project is designed for residential use with a balance of privacy and community.
